Die Sache von Trend- und Gegentrend ist ja nun wirklich nichts neues und muss hier wohl nicht lange erklärt werden. Erfrischend ist es, wenn sich das so oft bemühte Pendel-Bild dann von Zeit zu Zeit tatsächlich manifestiert: Als Antibewegung.

theuncoolhunter.com kommt dabei sehr lässig daher und ist damit selber wieder arsch cool. Quasi Gegenbewegung durch Gegenbewegung. Eventuell sogar eine doppelte Verneinung?

Auf alle Fälle ist diese Site interessanter als viele Sites die uns nur die “schönen” Trends zeigen. Diese Bilder ordentlich auszuwerten wäre eine sehr spannende und lohnende Methode in der soziokulturellen Trendforschung. Man erfährt viel über die Bedürfnisse und Einstellungen dieser Menschen. Die Unmittelbarkeit des Bildes ist dabei nicht nur das ideale Mittel zur Erfassung sondern auch zur Vermittlung der so erforschten Inhalte.

Auf der Future Perfect Site von Jan Chipchase werden solche Methoden und entsprechend umgesetzte Projekte auch vorgestellt.
Den Einsatz ähnlicher Methoden überlege ich im Moment auch. Wobei ich an einem entsprechenden Toolset arbeite in dem der bildliche Aspekt ein Teil ist. Die Frage ist ob sich Video auch auf diese oder ähnliche Art und Weise einsetzen lässt. Problematisch wird dabei sicher die Auswertung.
